Payments

We supply new customers only for cash in advance. For further business relationships with Swiss customers we offer payment by invoice, PayPal or cash on delivery.

Save money? Cash discounts!

If you make prepayments (possible for all customers) by bank transfer then our prices are subject to 2% cash discount! Why this? The costs, which are caused by PayPal and payments per invoice, are included in the price of our products. Bank transfers per prepayment are without expenses for us and hence we allow a discount.

Swiss customers:

PayPal IPN (credit card)
I have a PayPal account: The shop automatically initiates the payment, and takes one directly to the PayPal website. The order is processed by us as soon as the payment is confirmed and completed.
E-checks or PayPal bank transfers remain pending until the definitive payment has been received. PayPal payments are settled in Swiss francs.

I have no PayPal account: The payment by credit card is simply and safely with PayPal.
You do not have to open an account for this purpose. As soon as the shop forwards you to the PayPal webpage, just click on: I don’t have a PayPal account, afterwards you will be redirected from this webpage to the familiar credit card payment program. Enter all data, confirm them and the order is dispatched on the spot. PayPal payments are settled in Swiss francs.

Invoice:It will be dispatched with an orange payment order and is payable within net cash 30 days.
If the invoice is forgotten, then we will send an account statement with an overview of the open amount. If the invoice remains unpaid further on, we will send a 2nd reminder with a reminder charge of 5.- CHF.
The 3rd reminder will be a registered mail, and this is to be paid with a reminder charge of 10.-CHF.
In the case of any problems during the payment of invoices, please contact us at an early stage, so that we can find a solution together.
Thereafter, the open invoice will be forwarded to our debt collection partner.

International customers:

Invoice:Please note that invoices for international customers means prepayment in any case.
Payment on receipt of order is granted only to customers who very often place orders and always pay on time. If an international order is placed with the payment option of invoice, then the amount and our account data are sent by e-mail. The order is dispatched as soon as the receipt of the payment is confirmed or the amount has been paid into our account.

For customers from the EU, the easiest way is to transfer the amount in Euro to our German savings banks account. Please note that all arising bank service charges are not borne by us! Our German account data:
